My quote for Day 2:
“Perhaps some day I’ll crawl back home, beaten, defeated. But not as long as I can make stories out of my heartbreak, beauty out of sorrow.”
–Sylvia Plath, The Unabridged Journals of Sylvia Plath
Sylvia Plath, to me, is a poet who I have only been recently introduced to (as in the past 2 years), and have had to slowly take on. Her words are so beautiful, and her story so tragic. But, this quote is absolutely something that I want to swim in.

That’s such a nice quote! I finally read The Bell Jar a couple years ago and I’ve been meaning to read more from Sylvia Plath but just haven’t gotten around to it yet!
(I made the image and you can totally use it!)

Oh, sweet, thank you!
And the first thing I ever read of hers was her poem “Daddy”, and at first I thought it was really weird, but I was so young and naïve then…aka me 2 years ago haha. I realized her words can be so powerful.
