Witch | A Magical Character or Book
In anticipation of my most anticipated release of the year, I’m going to have to go with Aelin from the Throne of Glass series. (What will I do once this series is over *cries*).
Werewolf | The Perfect Book to Read at Night
While this book didn’t particularly spook me too much (that’s hard to do, mind you), I have a feeling that reading it on a cold, winter night, surrounded in blankets with a candle and some hot coco would just about hit the spot for me.
Frankenstein | A Book that Truly Shocked You
Can I truly say Godsgrave *shocked* me if I predicted what was going to happen (Sara is my witness)? But, I think I was mostly shocked I was right. I have a video of me finishing the book somewhere and screaming, because I had been reading it all day and it was, like, midnight when I finished it and…yeah.
The Devil | A Dark, Evil Character
Goodness, I loved to hate Levana…
Grim Reaper | A Character that Should Never Have Died
I’m going to skip this one to prevent possible spoilers, but I think we all have a character death we wish we could change.
Zombie | A Book that Made You “Hungry” for More
I honestly wasn’t expecting to like Starry Eyes as much as I did, but I read the majority of this while chaperoning an overnight camp for 4-H, and when it was done, I was sooooo sad. It got me out of a reading slump, for sure.
Gargoyle | A Character that You Would Protect at All Cost
IF YOU GO NEAR MY KVOTHE WE’RE THROUGH
Vampire | A Book that Sucked the Life Out of You
How to Set a Fire and Why not only bored the hell out of me, but also made me want to vomit for them trying to compare it to The Cather in the Rye.
Ghost | A Book that Still Haunts You
This book is just a giant pile of “meh”.
Demon | A Book that Really Scared You
What scared me was thinking about how Holding Up the Universe got past the drafting phase…
Skeleton | A Character You Have a Bone to Pick With
I, again, cannot think of a single answer for this as I have many many and my mind does not want to pick out a single one.
Mummy | A Book You Would Preserve Throughout Time
I’m going to have to steal Sara’s answer here, but I am very adamant that every youth should read this before they’re 25.
Creepy Doll | A Cover too Scary to Look At
I haven’t read this one, but when they released the cover for this, it spooked me.
I forgot about your predictions for Godsgrave and also your screaming! You and your predictions…
And I will also join you in protecting Kvothe and your snarky comments about Holding Up the Universe always make me smile.

I agree with you about The Girl on the Train. I was thoroughly unimpressed. I’ve got to get around to reading The Name of the Wind. And you definitely need to read The Outsider, but not until after you read King’s Bill Hodges trilogy. Holly Gibney, one of the main characters in The Outsider, is a major character in the trilogy.

Will do! Thank you for telling me that. And, THE NAME OF THE WIND is just . . . ugh so good.
